what is the best way to clean the gas tube?

load mags with bullets and send them downrange




when i clean my ar's i use brake cleaner and sometimes it gets in the gas tube but other than that i dont clean them.

Occasionally I get some brake cleaner down it, but really the pressure is too high in there during firing for carbon to build up.  Some places sell those long stiff pipe cleaners to clean it, but I think those probably cause more problems than they solve.
