ive got an issue that i am looking for a solution to. I use a magpul single point sling on my rifle, which leaves my front sling loop "empty". i was using a small strip of GI duct tape wrapped around it and under my gas block to hold it still and keep it from rattling, as was recommended by my unit armorer. its proven to be an issue recently because when my barrel gets hot, the tape has issues. i dont want to have the sling loop removed in case i ever need it. does anyone have any suggestions as to how i can keep it from flopping around when carried?
