Quantico Arms sells the AR10 uppers (stripped uppers and barrelled uppers) and lower parts.  I don't know if they sell them together as a kit though.

Nobody sells a kit minus the lower that I know of but the best way to get your parts....

Buy a Eagle Arms rifle, sell the lower, machine your own (thats what I assume you doing).

Here's my totals for my AR10
EA10A4 900.00 plus shipping 20.00
Dealer transfer 10.00
sold the lower 150.00
Assembled onto my home built lower, free.

If you try to buy parts and pieces you will spend a fortune. They want 950.00+ alone just for an upper assembly.
