do i need special tools for the replacement of my carrier key and gas tube? (they had a collision with each other and are both bent now)

specific questions are, i suppose, how much torque is on the carrier key bolts?
does the gas tube simply slide in, locked in place by the roll pin without anything special like an o-ring?
anything specific to know about the gas tube installation?
no type of gasket under the carrier key?

etc...... i build small blocks, not AR's, but i am getting better. thanks
