What you have pictured is the opposte, it's a bushing that allows large pin uppers to be used on small pin lowers. |

What's the confusion? That bushing goes in large holed uppers so a small pin will slide through. If you want to use a SP1 type large hole lower with small pin upper they sell the offset adapters. Did something get explained wrong?
