Are ARs and AR parts manufactured by companies licensed by colt just as good as those that are made by colt itself?

Do they have the same quality, level of craftsmanship, durability?

My old AR was produced by Charter Industries of Singapore, it has a colt logo in the lower. Can this be considered a Colt?

I wont call it a COLT, it is a CIS, which is under license by COLT so,Yes. i believe it has the same quality, it was made using COLT tooling and quality control, even their barrels I think are 4150, not the 4140 commonly used by other AR manufacturers. I also have an old lower made by ELISCO MFG(Philippines)under license by COLT.
All other materials that they used are in compliance with Specifications made by COLT, the bolt carriers and bolts are even more finely made than my Bushmaster and barrels are magnetic particle/magnafluxed tested

I thought the whole idea of having a license means that their quality is under supervision and adheres to Colt standards...
