Has anyone had any problems with purchasing from this company.

I am not bashing them, I am just asking because:

I ordered 4 20rnd Black Teflon Mags, 4 30rnd Black Teflon Mags, and A2 Sight Tool, and I receieved the email confirmation that my online entry went though, but 9 days later nothing!!!  I emailed them a couple days ago to get confirmation or a status on my order, but nothing!!!

Am I expecting too quick of a delivery or is something a miss???

I got a Order Confirmation, but no Shipping Confirmation.

I emailed them with my order number asking if it went out and what the tracking information was.  I ordered them on 12/15/04

Jeff and John are very busy at this time of the year. I ordered a complete upper on 11-20-04 and due to barrel extension issues I was not able to receive it until 12-17. They kept me informed through the whole process and I am very happy with both the upper and the customer service. Also take into account that the middle of the nation is in a world of hurt due to the weather right now. Plus it's Christmas and all that. CMMG is very good. They will not burn you and any troubles are fixed quick. Email them, call them. Hope this helps.

I ordered an upper and 3 30 rnd mags from them.  I got a confirmation email but my CC was not charged.  They were waiting on barrels for the uppers so I waited about 2 weeks.  I got another email with a tracking number and my upper and mags arrived 2 days later.

They are much easier to get a hold of by phone so give that a try.  They are probably out of one of the items you ordered.  Once they ship your stuff it should get there quick.

I have nothing but good things to say about CMMG.  I got 2 barrels from them on a group by awhile back. Bang they were here. I called a few days ago needing some help.  John talked me thru it.  They are probably real busy or there is an unline snafuu.

Give them a call. I've been very pleased with there customer service. Especially on the phone and on here.

They should have hired seasonal help. If the mags are actually in stock they should have gone out one day after payment confirmation at the most.

+1.  They always answer the phone when I call them.  I would not be worried.  They are good guys and are great to deal with.

I just received a barrel from them that was ordered in late October. They are slow but the quality of their products is good.

I've made probably 4 or 5 purchases back when they dealt on eBay.  They are a squared away company as far as I'm concerned.

Why is everyone so afraid to use the telephone these days? It's the fastest way to get in touch with someone rather than posting the problem on the internet and still not knowing about your order.

Thanks guys.

I was being pretty paitent, that is why I didn't call them.  I will give them a call on Monday when everyone (most) get back to work.  I am just used to internet transactions as being pretty straight forward without much phone calling.  I place the order, got the order confirmation, and waited 4-5 days for the order to show up.  Then I got busy.

I'll call them on Monday.

I wasn't too worried, I just wanted some input, and yall posted great feedback for them.

I would think they would be happy to hear that so many customers are satisfied!!!

I just spoke with Jeff, and he is taking care of everything.  It seems that they have been having a mail server problem, and that everything is being resolved with their server.  He said he would throw in something (either free shipping or some freebee) to make up for the problem.  (Note: I didn't even ask for a "make good", Jeff just offered it).  Sound like they are a great company to deal with!!!  I should get my stuff Wednesday or Thursday!!!

+1 I ordered 2 30 rounders, and they were to me within a few days..
At the same time I ordered from them, I ordered 2 titanium mag springs from olyarms(this was like, mid-october) and I still havent heard anything from olyarms. The only reason I know they didnt forget my order was because I contacted them a month later, only to find they're,"Currently looking for a new manufactuerer" But looking at their site, you would think they were in stock.
^I just thought Id post that to offer a comparison to other companies.. Ive only dealt with 3 companies pertaining to firearms, and CMMG is the only one whos offered great prices, and hasnt given me outrageos delays, quite the opposite, I was suprised to recieve the package so early.

Ordered an upper a couple weeks ago and got it immediately.  Spoke to Jeff on the phone and he seemed like a good guy.  The product was excellent.  I will be ordering from them again soon.

The week after the assault weapons ban ended. myself and another police officer paid John and Jeff a visit. We drove over to Columbia from St Louis where we work. They are a first class operation and know what they are talking about. I have owned Colts and Bushmasters and a DPMS lower/retro Colt A1 upper rifle. We both left  that day with one of their DPMS mod M4a3 14 inch carbines with phantom flash suppressors peranently attached. They are great weapons. I am getting groups at 100 yards that are far better than a carbine of this type should produce. I am getting groups of around one inch to one and one half inches for 10 shots at 100 yards. I am 51 years old and my eyes are not as good as they once were.  Their magazines are beautiful and seemed plentiful when we were there. We will buy from them again for sure. The finnish on these rifles are gorgeous. The metal work is flawless. They have evry version of an AR15 that you can imagine and some I have never seen. They are the real deal guys. Good people. If you have a problem eith them, they will absolutely make it right.
