Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - checking barrel chamber size??

I picked up a Colt barrel assy for my first build (preban A1 style) but it is only marked as "C MP C". There is no other markings...is it sure that this is the 5.56 or should I verify it by taking measurements? if so what's the easiest way?  Thanks a bunch!

Colt reams to 5.56 on there A1 barrels, So don't worry about it.

P.S. The CMPC barrel is a Colt barrel, the low profile cut makes it a A1 barrel.
