Zeroed an upper using M193 55gr, will I have a change in POI using 69gr bthp at 50 yds? 100 yds? if so, by how much?

Yes, because since the 69gr moves at a slower velocity, it will not get as far in relation to the effect of gravity once it has reached its apogee.  If you look at the ammo oracle you can see the difference in curves between M855 and M193.  There should be even more difference between M193 and 69gr BTHP.  I don't know by how much, though.  Sounds like a good excuse for some range time

69 gr going how fast?

Buy a box and go to the range.  Make notes.  Then you can return your sights to "zero" no matter which you shoot.

If you're shooting different ammo in different situations, you should know your zero's.  Mark your "mechanical zero" and count click from that, that way you won't forget where you last left it.
