Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - bushmaster carbon 9mm ????

Hi, I bought one of the bushmaster carbon 15 9mm pistols and was told it was  1/2x28 tpi threads for the flash hider. Upon trying to install a suppressor treaded 1/2x28 it would not go on. I am thinking it is 1/2x36 like the colts but don't know for sure does anyone else know for sure how it is treaded?
