can bolt be installed in wrong postion ? fireing pin has bevel before tip is this normal? cam pin wear has shiny spot and can fell the wear maybe 500 rd looks like a lot of wear ?

You can't really install a bolt in the wrong position because the extractor would be in the wrong position and I think all bolt cam pin holes are tapered so the cam pin only goes in one way (not 100% sure about the last part but never saw one that wasn't).

About the firing pin: The taper is fairly abrupt just before the tip. Easiest way is to compare to a new one, but it sounds like a normal shape if I understand your question.

While in theory the cam pin should only be able to enter the bolt from one direction, I’ve seen bolts (presumably out of spec) where the cam pin could be inserted the wrong way.

This is easy to check for, though - just try inserting your cam pin into your bolt the wrong way and see what happens.

Obvious cam pin wear is normal.
