has anyone ever had problems fitting accessories to an armalite m15a4.i have tried a gg&g and a.r.m.s. scout rail/ with throw lever mount, and they all tilted to the left when tightened. the 1" scope mount that came with the rifle fits good.the gg&g has a special mount for the the trijicon reflex.i drilled another hole in the rail to get more eye releif and remilled the top two 45degree surfaces, and it works great now.i want to know if when i get my acog with flattop addapter will i have the same problem

Nope - I've got an older Armalite and hang ARMS #22 rings and the one piece Armalite ring mount on mine.
