who makes the best carry handle scope mount for the ar-15.will they hold there zero.or are they just junk ?

Hand's down its the ARMS # 2. But it's not the cheapest. However it's also not the most expensive. Just works about the best overall.

I use the ARMS 39 because I like the two locking points, even though I don't use the front rail.

I second the ARMS# 39. They are around $125 but are top of the line. Look cool as sh-t to.

Well we all agree on ARMS. They will and do hold zero. The #39 ($125) has all the do dads for forward mounts, if you don't want or need that, then the ARMS #2 ($59.95) is all you need. Either way the ARMS is hard to beat. I do have a Smith Enterprise Tatical Mount that is just about as good, costs about the same, but it has the picatinney rail for more flexibility in mounting.
