I'm trying to find links to info. about which mil-spec. lowers will accept a Colt upper. Any help would be appreciated.

As long as it's a "small" pivot pin upper you should have no problem mating with any brand "small pin" lower.

If it's a "large-pin" upper you'll need a "larger" pin lower or a conversion pin such as sold by DPMS, Bushmaster or Brownells.
