Del Ton makes a good kit. You can find decent prices on stripped lower receivers with a number of Site Sponsor's.

Palmetto LPK with MOE trigger guard and grip for $60: http://palmettostatearmory.com/1361.php

Or their basic LPK for $50:  http://palmettostatearmory.com/417.php

If you won't have anything but a major brand name kit, Joebob has a Bushmaster kit for $55: http://www.joeboboutfitters.com/BushMaster_Lower_Parts_Kit_p/bfgalowkit.htm

I'm sure others will let us know if there are any better deals right now.

I just completed a lower build with a Del-Ton standard LPK. Paid $55 locally. The roll pins seemed a bit over sized but other than that it went together without a hitch.

.

I'm a little leary of the Bushmaster LPK's.  The last one I got was missing the bolt catch pin and the mag spring.  I had spare's so I got by.  I did call the vendor who I purchased the kit from to give them a heads up.  They mentioned that they have been having lots of problems with the Bushy kits and wouldn't be selling them again due to the constant problems.   Maybe Bushy got things straightened out by now.
