May Daniel Defense judging by the DD looking marks. I dunno though. I'm not a genious on the little parts

Not quite sure who makes it, but that looks like it got marked twice, reading "DT  HPT/MPI"  maybe a del-ton part? but im not sure if they have hpt/mpi bolts

I think so as it looks like everything was printed twice

it has a weird finish on it too almost looks like like a nonstick pan
