Whadaya think? I want a single point tactical for my home defense carbine. No long trips/hiking, just some range/tactical practice.
Are there any other more preferred slings? or is this one pretty good? Thanks Matt

Check out the TAG ASP sling. I have both the Troy and TAG.
I like the Troy, because of the padding on it. Softer on your shoulder. I really like the TAG though. The sling lies flat on your body and has a better fit, because of the triangle holding the harness together. Also, you have the buckles to release your sling in an emergency. The buckles seem to be very solid contruction and material. |

ok, I will take a look at the tag, I actually saw it earlier in the EE and liked it quite a bit.

I highly recommend looking into the Profile Tactical CQ90 in the EE

I absolutely second that recommendation. The Stealth-QRB Sling is everything that I've been looking for in a single point sling. And the price is NOT as bad when you consider that the QR sling mount is integrated into the design. Corey EDITED for typo. |
