Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - an FFL required to order magazines???

I just went to the ORDER page for some 20/30 round USGI mags and their instructions specified I furnish an FFL to accecpt delivery etc.
I thought that was only for lower receivers and complete firearms -- wrong?

You must have been trying to order POST BAN magazines.....Only available to FFL'S and Law enforcement......You do not need anything to buy Preban stuff...........UNDERDOG

Thanks, the site didn't say what they were -- I suppose if they are pre ban, they'll say so.
