I know for .223, 50 yards is the ideal zero, but I have sinced moved my reflex sight onto a .308 FAL, what is the optimum zero for that caliber?

I had one on an AR10 for a while and 50 yards worked just fine.

would you happen to know how much POI shifts at 25,100,150, etc yards with that zero? It is 4 moa, is the round within the dot at those distances?

I use a ballistics calculator to determine the holdover/under at various distances (and work out optimal zero distance for a reddot. Optimal meaning maximum zero distance with minimal cross over above line of sight).

www.realguns.com has a good external ballistics calculator.
groups.msn.com/TheMarylandAR15ShootersSite/ the MD AR shooters' site has a very nice excel based external ballistics calculator in their documents section.
