I got mine at Wally World in the photo dept. I think they were a different model #. I'm pretty sure they are Duracell 123, I'm at work now or else I'd check for ya. They are the same batteries that go into my 35mm camera.

Try the Lowe's Home Improvement warehouse.  That's where I got mine from.

P.S., if you go searching and still have no luck, lemme know and send you one of my extras if you'll cover shipping

You can use DL1/3N or A76  or LR44 and D357, also you can get these batteries off ebay.
Usely you can get 20 or 30 batteries for under $5.

TG

PS:  so far the batteries I've purchased are new and  good for  4 to 5 yrs.

I recently found a list of batteries that will also work in the Aimpoint in a logistics magazine
Duracell DL1/3N
Everready 2L76
Varta CR1/3N
Kodak K58L
Two stacked A76 alkaline batteries will also work- since they are alkaline they won't work well in extreme cold or last as long.
Hope this may help

I have found them at radio shack but they are the radio shack brand. Walmart does not carry them. Someone said 123 batteries in a reply to you but those are for surefire lights, not for aimpoints. Also try Home depot and Lowe's as stated earlier.

Home Depot.  I bought a bunch when I first got my Aimpoint 1.5 years ago, still on the set it came with.

The Radio Shack on Jerico Turnpike, I think it's in the Garden City area, is where I bought mine.
