I would like to express my deepest appreciation for those moderators that maintain this website.  And to the thousands of men and women across many countries that contribute.  I sometimes get depressed with life's curves and find alot of solice and gratitude going to my computer and tuning into AR15.com.  Again, thanks alot moderators and fellow members.  Ralph in Fresno.

Ever wonder how people bought stuff BEFORE sites like these??? I mean, you had to trust someone that was selling the product to give you a fair shake. Now we can come here and know within 10 minutes if something is complete CRAP (any gun made by Century, Olympic ammo, USA mags, ect.ect.ect) or a great deal (RRA, EOTech, Aimpoints). I have to again agree.  I was putting together my seconf Ar last night and a few things dawned on me,
1.) These damn things breed!!!  I started out with a beautiful Bushmaster and then I bought the .50Beowulf upper.  So at that point I still had 1 AR-15 and an extra part for it.  I got tired of switching the upper back and forth so I picked up a new RRA lower and put it together THE MINUTE I walked in the door.  Soooo I look and now I have 2 guns.  (A little harder to explain to the wife than just 1 and an extra part.  :) )  That was the first thing.

2.)  The second thing was I thought about what a saving grace and huge addition this site has been.  So I got to thinking baout how much money each and everyone of us has saved just by trolling the boards and asking questions on what to buy, what not to buy and also on the EE.  So my thought was, what the hell am I doing not being a member yet because I saved a bit of money here already, and the least I can do is contribute to keep it going.  As soon as I finish this message I will be Paypal-ing my money.  Everyone who has saved at least $20 here should thank the staff by boning up the $20 and say thanks.  Anyone who Has bought anything on the EE has saved that easy.  So get to the Membership area and say thanks for saving me a bunch of dough and keep it alive so it can save you more (and cost you more in my case, cause I am friggin addicted.  I am already thinking about my M4 project I thought up last night after I pushed that last pin into the lower.  sighh)
