I am in the market for a LEO Colt. Why, because I can!! I purchased 2 Colt SP1 Carbines during the ban, and have fell in love with these black rifles. I am hoping that the politicians do not change their minds, before I can acquire a LEO Colt for each family member. Call it "geek appeal" or whatever you want. Isn't there some "geek appeal" in just owning any AR-15. I personally feel this window of oppurtunity will be short, I hope not though. Besides the collectabilty of this roll marking, I want the oppurtunity to own what was once banned for civilians. Who would not want a NEW LEO Colt for the price of what "pre-ban" rifles cost? That is a no-brainer.

Since I already own a LW Sporter A2 1/7, I decided to purchase a LE AR6721 A3 HBAR 1/9. I've had it maybe a week, and have fired a few hundred rounds through it already. Awesome rifle! I'd love this rifle even if it didn't say AR-15A3 on the side! The roll marks are icing on the cake. Jim

I bought a barely-used 6721 on 9/14. It is one sweet rifle.

Get the 6520. The 6920's 16" M4 bbls looks weird to me. Also, it is said that Colt will prob. not make the 6520 in Civilian form therefore it could acquire more collector appeal. Besides the 6520 is lightweight, fast, and has that "business" look to it. Not to mention it is marked AR-15 on the receiver (I guess this means something to collectors). I ordered a 6520. I am anxiously awaiting its arrival....
