I had some free time at the office and was checking out the Accuwedge. It seems it does nothing for accuracy so I decided to save my $5.00 plus shipping. I still wanted something to help with upper/lower fit on my last build so I butchered my co-worker's cap eraser and it woks great! If I had some more erasers I could have refined my design, but like I say this one I carved with a razor blade work as good as I could want after some trial and error carving and fitting once I was home.

Not tactical enough.  You should use a camo patterned eraser next time.

Best outcome nothing happens, worst outcome eraser breaks(they are designed to come apart with friction) and  a piece lodges under your trigger causing EXTREME FAIL!

Use an o-ring.  Cheap, invisible, and easier to close the receivers.

Black........

...or "camo"   (lol)

Putting any object in receiver, especially to improve fit, is not smart.

+.75  I agree, to a point.  If the fit is sloppy to the point that your grip shifts with each shot, then yea, I can see a reason for the o-rings.  Other than that, remember that the lower just holds the fcg in place, indexes the buffer tube inline with the bcg, and gives you a place to hang on.  Once the hammer falls the lower is just along for the ride.
