im in the same boat i just orderd my kit tuesday an it should be here in the middle of next week im so excited i feel like a little kid on christmas eve
even took the gf to walmart tonight bought some ammo, new cleaning kit an some earplugs
an i bought her a turkey call cause she likes the way they sound on a firearms note, how do those superior lowers look?? i opted out for a DPMS over them

Turkey call huh, sounds like you got yourself a keeper.

Im pretty happy with the 2 lowers I recieved, one is the pictogram and the other just says safe-semi-auto, they both had that light black look when I first got them, but after a couple of hours next to the fire soaking up some CLP they are looking real sharp. I plan on doing the crayola thing to the engravings to see if I like the idea of white and red on the black....but who knows yet.

Yeah I've been ripping ups boxes apart now for a week or so, this little bank buster was a b-day gift to my self so the fun factor is through the roof, got 300rds of 62 grain loaded up and ready to rock and another 700 on standby...hell I cant even sleep at night....this black rifle disease is fierce, I'm already finding my self plotting my next kit/build and looking at them sweet looking cp mags... and I already have plans on hording all the ammo I can afford. Thanxs all for the comments, total cost is as follows:

Del-ton, complete kit- $961.00 shipped, that includes the spot scope and reap flip sight and the longer FF with the lo pro gas block and all the other little options I added.

Rbprecision, stripped lower- $95.00 after the transfer..

DSG Arms, Rifle case w/spare mag pouch-$95.00 shipped ( I chose priority mail which was 20 bucks)

44mag.com, 10 D&H 30rd teflon mags-$105.00 shipped

Surplusammo.com, 1000rds lake city 62gr bulk (loose)-$220.00 shipped (15.00 was sales tax for Washington)

G&R Tactical, TG grip-G2 w/tapeswitch and mount-$156 shipped

Brownells, JP lightweight springs and some CLP with rags-$40.00 shipped

TOTAL $1577.00

That is probably a little OVER what I paid but I rounded up on a few. Man why did I add all this up. Hunter121
