While there ARE differences in chamber sizes (my Kimber has a looser chamber than my Glock 21, for example), there aren't any "official" or common alternative sizes. It just isn't something folks worry too much about, because the pressures are much lower than in rifles, and because there are fewer weight choices for auto pistol bullets, making chamber size less of an issue.

The only instance I can think of is the .45acp\.45 super. The super is just a hotter load, that requires heavier springs. Both will chamber in a regular barrel, but the super will beat a weak springed gun to pieces. I do believe that the super case has been beefed up around the web to make up for the higher pressures.
