I'm looking to spend $500 or less on a complete upper that already has a FF Rail (Troy or M/I) and BCG/CH. I'd pay less for an upper without, and just buy my own BCG/CH. 14 or 16". To be used for plinking and hunting, not competing.

I was going for the PSA ss12g2 upper with M/I tube already on it for $339, but they are sold out.

Yup, wait, you will not find it cheaper anywhere else. You can also buy a different upper from PSA and the rail separately, should still be able the get it under your price range.
