Good barrel...?
I thought the ideal twist is 1:8 to shoot subs and supers.
Is 1:7 okay through a suppressor?

1:7 is now the ideal twist rate. When the 300BLK first came out most manufactures had a 1:8 twist. They have since migrated to a 1:7 twist to stabilize the 240gr+ bullets.

To answer your first question Yes that is an excellent barrel as AAC makes some of the best 300BLK barrels around.

1:7 is most definitely "okay" to shoot through a suppressor.
