I have a RRA upper and lower that I just finished assembling, and it won't close. The rear take down recepticle on the upper seems to be binding on the lower reciever. I hate to file, and remove the finish but, I don't see any alternative. Any suggestions??

This is a know 'issue'. RRA makes their uppers a little large to insure a tight fit with the lower. Just use some oil and lightly tap the upper in place. Shooting a couple hundered rounds through it will loosen it up. DO NOT FILE IT.

Now it won't open. Sucker is tight.

It will loosen up a bit as you shoot it.
