why are people saying on here they're so over-priced? At Del-Ton.com the wilson barrel assemblies are less expensive than DPMS assemblies.

where did you see this?

sometimes ripoffs will say its a wilson bbl. when its not cause there is no identification on the bbl.s to verify that they are actually wilson.

not pertaining to del-ton or anything just some gun-show rant.

Sabre, you may be confusing Wilson Combat ARs with Wilson barrels. Wilson Combat ARs are premium weapons at ultra premium prices.

Wilson barrels are used extensively by several AR builders-Rock River Arms is a big one for example. Most of my Rock River ARs have Wilson barrels and they work fine.

I believe wilson makes DPMS and fulton armory barrels as well

My 16" RRA has a Wilson Arms barrel. It's shoots 3/4" groups all day (at 100 yards) with Black Hills 55 gr soft point.
