Like the man said. Yes on the CMT/Stag, no on the Bushmaster. I know I've tried it.

+2. I wish Bushy used mil spec buffer tube. If they did I would have a Vltor stock by now.

Just buy a complete VLTOR kit...Comes with everything including a mil-spec buffer tube
 I love my OD Clubfoot VLTOR

+1. I did just that for my Bushy. hanged out the exsisting stock set up with the complete kit. Sold the old stock, buffer tube, buffer and spring at a fun show.
