I recently purchased my first AR kit (it's my first AR too) from Model 1. I ordered the lightweight 16" CAR kit and would really prefer to have had the option of putting the M4 handguards on as I prefer the larger size of the M4 over the CAR. Are the handguards interchangeable or are they different sizes? I tried doing a search but coudn't find a definitive answer. I suppose I could always just build an M4 upper to swap on when I feel the need to use the larger hand guards. ;)
