Went to range, fired 3-4 mags with no problems. Then (with same mags) started what appears to be short stroking every 2-3 rounds.

Why?

Thanks.

Either the rifle is still new and needs a little extra CLP in the action/bearing surfaces to break in, or you have a gas leak at the key to carrier, and once the carrier gets hot, the leak gets worse.

Check you key allen screws to make sure they are tight, and the next time the rifle acts up, pull the BC and give the entire BC a fresh coat of CLP to see if that solves the problem (work/cycle the BC in the receiver a few times to work the CLP into the entire upper).
