I have no picture to reference, but it looks like a HK MP5 forward assembly on a ar-15/M16 platform.
Sorry I don't have much more info, but the picture I saw was a long time ago.

I believe youare referring to the super heavy only good for bench rest shooting Badger Stabilizer handguards.
