Today I went to the gunshop and found an interesting box of ammo. It came in a little brown box of 30 rounds. On the top of the box it says:

30 RD
5.56 x 45mm
BALL
M1A4

The headstamp has a 14 and either en 89 or 68 on it. (The 14 is on bottom, and without moving it the other number reads 89). So i'm assuming that is a 68.

I would post pics, but I don't have a working camera.

I'm leaning towards South African Ammo....but i'm not positive.
