They're an Israeli company making gear for Botach. Some of their products are blatant rip-offs of Fobus/First Samco gear (or maybe the companies are affiliated), while others are more original.

They are related.  Fobus USA and First Samco, which is a division of Fobus USA,  manufacture their product line here in the US.  Botach carries some items in the Israeli made line that are not available through Fobus USA.  I had looked into this and thought that I had bookmarked it as I had been looking for a source for a TDI/First Samco Galil pistol grip.  Now I know who has it.
