You can order them directly from DPMS. I do not believe they are chromed lined if that matters.

are you looking for in stock or to order? and also are you wanting just the barrel or the whole upper?

I'm looking for just the barrel and FSB. I checked DPMS's website and they sell it. Looks like I can get it upgraded to chrome-lined for $32.95. I wanted to know if any vendors here carried it, because I haven't seen any. It appears the only way you can get it is H-bar.

the reason i ask is because i know we dont have any in stock were i work but we can get anything DPMS (exept class 3 stuff)
