All I can find is POSSIBLY a l and a definate B on the left side, 4 position. Bought it a few years ago cheap and found it while rooting thru some stuff looking for a large hole lower/small hole upper pin. Thanks!

It was most likely made by Essential Arms. When they quit making lowers they continued making the aluminum stocks as well as doing machine work for other manufacturers.
