I am building an ar and need to know what you all think is the best for a 24" varmint style

Fixed A2 or 6 position?

I also have a carbine with a skeleton stock the is a bushy 25th ann. edition. that I could swap and put a 6 position on that..

thanks

of your choices, A2

you might want to consider an A1, sully, or adjustable magpul or something also

PS: check the EE for some fairly competative prices

A2. Or magpull PRS, It will give you proper eye ailinment with the high power optics on a varment rig.

check out the ACE stock, I have one on my BM varminter. If you go the A2 I have a near mint one off of the varminter

Thanks for all your help!! I guess that settles that!  Another stupid question does a complete lower from Bushmaster have take down pins or do I need to order them and wait again  for more parts..

On a side note what scope for around 200-300 or less should I buy? kinda shoe stringing this one along so the wife does not blow up again hahaThanks in advance

Yes, a complete lower should have the pins. It should contain all the parts in a typical lower parts group.

My recommendations.
1. Magpul PRS
2. Ace Tube stock (Longer one)
3. A2 (With or without adjustable butt plate)
You can always try the A2 first. You can pick them up really cheap on the EE. Then sell it if you don't like it. I personally would not go with a typical CAR or M4 stock on a dedicated varmit/percision gun.

Magpul PRS.  That 24" barrel is going to make the gun very front heavy.  The PRS is heavy enough to balance it nicely.  Overall the gun will now be pretty hefty, but it's a varmint/bench gun so that's good.
