This is my first post on this forum. I am in the market for a gas-piston upper and had my eye on the new Bushmaster. In my search I have been running across POF quite a bit. I like their fluted barrel and that it is polygonal. I will be using it for fun, 3 gun matches and the like. I am thinking on spending around 1K, give or take. What I would like are suggestions that any of you folks may have with regard to either manufacturer or others for that matter.

Previous owner of a pof, I can say that your best bet to spend that type of coin on an upper would to be buy a di. Get a chrome carrier and call it good. If you want a piston upper, your best bang for buck will be lwrc. They are hands down the best and have some new barrels coming out that are gonna be alot more accurate. |
