I need a scope mount that is detachable and will still maintain its zero when put back on. This is going on my RRA SPR. Any suggestions?

I have ARMS #22 and an ARMS Aimpoint mount and they both retain their zero when removed.

LaRue SPR mount all the way.

Depending on the eye relief of your scope and which stock you are using, you may do just fine with LaRue QD rings; not a mount, just the rings. That's what I have on my SR-25 (A2 stock) and I have shot WAY sub-moa groups while removing the scope from the receiver between each shot.

Luck,

BTW, I have a Magpul m93(DET1) stock and an ATN 5X33L scope with a relief of 3"...

I swapped the scope off of my SPR and mounted it on my SAM-R build for a photo op the night the ban expired. I remounted it on the SPR that night and since then have shot numerous subMOA groups at 100 yds and a 1.9" group at 200 yds with no noticalble change in zero. It is mounted with the ARMS #22 high rings.

If you think you're amazed, you shoulda been me. I ain't all that good a shot. The most amazing thing to me is that the scope (Shepherd with 1" tube) would stay that rigid without an underlying support structure (mount).
