Start whittling.  The longest FF tube I've seen is 13.2" - the LaRue.

Just bought the new Troy 13.5.  Working on installing it right now.  Very nice rail,  my shaved front sight base just needs to be a little more shaved!  A little more work with the Dremmel,  and I'll be done.
