They're tough to find right now, as in, the wholesalers I use don't and haven't had ANY for a while now. Last one I saw was a chainsaw gen 3 last summer. They had bout 30 of them and they went pretty quickly.

They tend to come in spurts though so keep an eye out and you'll eventually find one.

I've been looking for about two months with no luck. I emailed Noveske and they are in the process of making more, but no exact ETA.

I talked to Tim O'poole yesterday at Noveske, and he said they haven't shipped out any in like 6 months. said that they got a rush of orders in right before the election and that pretty much sucked them all up to be used in uppers and rifle builds.

That makes sense. Glad I grabbed one of their Gen III chainsaw uppers when I saw them at a distributor last summer. Machining was flawless and I cerakoted it anyways so I didn't care about any cosmetic imperfections.

There will most likely be a glut of AR stuff on the market if you can hold out for a few months, including Noveske stuff becoming available again.

My LGS has plenty. They aren't cheap,  but call them and se if they will ship one to you. They aren't on the site, but the case is always full of them, since they ordered a lot of stuff back when John was alive.

That's a shame.  I know they have a crap ton of gen 2s, and chainsaw lowers, including the fde. Maybe the gen 3s sold.

Pay attention to SMOS Arms.  They make the same upper without the huge noveske logos.  As of now they sell one with no forward assist, but have teased a FA model on the way.
