I want a mil spec kit, and was going to go with Rock River...

Is ADCO the best source?

adco or rbprecision or eaglefirearms.

Look in the equipment exchange for them.

For the most part they are $55 but the breaking point is the shipping or if they are in stock.

If you have a C and R license, you can register with Brownells for a dealer account.  I think dealers pay about $45 for an RRA LPK through Brownells.  Other than that, $52-$55 is about standard for an RRA kit.  ADCO, RB Precision, Eagle Firearms, and Legal Transfers (Pete in NH) all carry RRA LPK's, and they are all board sponsors.  You can't go wrong with either one of them.
