lol..snot mine, i found it on the net, while tryin to find the wood furniture, that was the best i could do, No handguards our there at all, i believe the place that ya gettin the buttstock from also has pistol grip , but i dont think they have handguards.

While your searchin' the net for wood stocks maybe you could look for the ability to post a complete subject line. [:)]
As for the stocks,the only ones I have ever laid eyes on were at a gun show 3 years ago. They were beautiful! But, they were on a pre-ban rifle and the guy would not seperate them. The bastard! Good luck on your search. Bob |

Thus, they didn't sell well and weren't around very long. It's unlikely that you'll find usable handguards these days, and if you do, it will be someone selling ones out of their collection, not from a vendor. -Troy |

You can't. For example, the flanges that hold the handguards on the rifle have to be thin enough to fit between the barrel nut and delta ring. That means they have to be pretty thin. Plastic is plenty strong enough at this thickness, but wood isn't, and the wooden handguards crack there easily.
It's the same reason there are no reliable clear plastic magazines for the AR: it was designed to use a specific type of material for those parts, and using other materials will often result in inferior performance. -Troy |
