I am looking for a new 16" A3 carbine in 9mm (colt style) complete upper. Who make good ones on the cheaper side. The option is the RRA for around $490.

I have Rock River 9mm uppers in stock in both carbine and mid-length with flattop receivers.
I can install any kind of rail system you want, shorten and permanent attach something etc... I'm equipped to change anything you want. |

I don't have anything from him yet but I keep hearing good things and he is very pleasant to talk to on the phone. I do have a RRA from Pete at Legal Transfers and was very please with both the price and service. |

+1 For Garrison. I have a Garrison and I am very happy with it. It is accurate and extremely reliable. Garrison has great customer service and fast shipping.

Spikes tactical has a side charger with free float 550. I love mine. people look and say where's the charging handle.
