I was just wondering who makes a 2 position stock?

I don't think anyone makes a 2 position stock any longer. You might look for one of the old Colt or Bushy metal stocks, but they're expensive.

If you don't find one, you might consider using JB Weld or some other material to fill the extra holes in a currently produced collapsable stock buffer tube.
