Gander Mountain (or whatever you have in your area for ammo-stocking sporting goods stores... Cabelas?), or your local gun store

Get Black Hills 'Blue Box', it is very accurate for the money, although it is on the cheap side of the heavy-ammo market

Expect to pay $17-20/box

Northwest Loading Supply has 75-grain TAP for sale to anyone, but it isn't cheap.
