Out the gate, mic the firing pin protrusion out of the bare bolt. Should be in the .032 to .037 range when the FP is pressed tight against the back of the bolt. If less than that, then you can set the protrusion deeper by facing the stop collar of the FP back the needed amount.
Next take a look at the winds of the hammer spring, the end of spring should be on top of the trigger pin, and the winds look like this,
Lastly, when you cleaned the rifle, did you use a chamber brush on the barrel chamber. If not, then the end of chamber may still be filthy, and causing the bolt to not fully lock up all the way (read until the bolt fully locks up, the back of the carrier is blocking the FP from reaching full protrusion.
To add, make sure that you are lubing the upper bearing of the rifle with CLP as well. With the break in, and fouled chamber, a dry rifle or the wrong lubed or cleaning agent used is just asking for problems (read if you are using Hoppes copper solvent to clean the chamber, make sure to completely flush it out with something before lubing with CLP).
