PSA 20'' RIFLE LENGTH 5.56 1/7 MELONITE A2 BARREL

PSA 20" CHF RIFLE-LENGTH 5.56 NATO 1/7 A2 NITRIDE BARREL M4 EXT - 516444711

With the exception of the area just before the gas port they look almost identical. Other than the CHF i'm trying to figure out what's what. They both seem look good deals though.

From the limited description it looks like the differences are the finish and the second is "cold hammer forged".

The biggest difference is for the $149 one they made the explicit point to list it as Made in the USA....the other bbl lacks this quality in the description. I doesn't seem like an oversight as that phrase is pretty consistently missing from their "budget lines" PTAC/Freedom/etc.. Or it appears only after a certain part used in the assembly, like saying the upper receiver is Made in the USA when it means the actual receiver, but is worded in such a way it could be construed as meaning the whole assembly. As an example, Here. Notice how Made in the USA does not appear in the top (main) description or in the Barrel description. It is only mention in the Upper Receiver section where they are talking about the actual forged and anodized receiver and not referring to the whole assembly. When they are referring to the whole assembly as Made in the USA it is abundantly clear else where on the site, as in HERE. More and more companies using Chinese and Korean parts or importing partially manufactured parts, finishing them here and saying they are made here. Not saying PSA is one of them, but it seems like if all of your stuff was US made you would list it everywhere, not just in some places on items that are typically more expensive.
