^^This. Part it out and you will be much better off. Especially with some of the quality hard to find parts you've got. Shipping can eat your lunch in a hurry tho.

Your non-black PMAG is the most valuable part.
With that said... Home builds don't fetch a premium when people can buy a new functional gun with a warranty, or buy complete uppers without much backorder delay. I wouldn't want to buy it, but because of the Seekins lower and the Adams Arms piston kit, you'll probably be looking at a $1100-1300 range. Selling the upper and lower separately will probably net you another $200. |

There's always things the buyer doesn't like and would do differently, so he won't want to pay for those. Plus, the joy of a home-build is doing the planning, acquiring and assembling. You get none of that when you buy somebody else's project. Where's the fun in that? "Building" AR's is not an investment. It's a hobby. Hobbies usually cost money, you know . . .
